How do we start our project?

Starting your project could not be easier, simply make contact for an initial discussion via our Start Your Project page, and we will undertake a desktop study to evaluate the potential for your Project and Map the way forward from there.

Each project is different so it is difficult to establish a precise timeline however it’s generally takes 12 to 18 months from initial contact to starting on site and the following are reasonable assumptions:
  • One month from initial contact to formulating a draft project.
  • Working up a detailed planning application ready for submission 3 to 6 months.
  • Submitting an application and awaiting approval 3 to 6 months
  • Discharging any planning conditions and obtaining environmental permits 3 to 6 months

Yes, we employ our own machine and Site operators who are all fully qualified and ticketed, we have our own plant Fleet that comprises all machines required to undertake such a project from start to finish, including cultivating and seating.

OTB carries full contractors, employers and public indemnity insurance.

Responsibility for producing and paying for any planning application remains with OTB Concepts and in the event that we are not sucessfull we may opt to appeal the decision or re-apply with a revised scheme but there is NO FINANCIAL COMBACK on the client. It is all down to OTB Concepts!

The agreement allows for flexibility and final amounts and quantities can be adjusted withing the agreement framework, either up or down.

OTB will undertake initial design and financial feasibility studies free of charge and liability and when the client is happy with the proposals they will be expected to enter into an agreement with OTB.

Yes, OTB have a number of completed and current projects available to view, spread out from the North, Middlands and South of the country.

Yes, most of our projects come through recommendations and we are happy to put prospective clients in touch with historic clients.
