Equestrian Services
OTB have looked at a number of Projects within the equestrian sport industry. By using imported material, we are able to create polo fields, Menages, cross country, dressage and viewing Arenas.
Planning Applications
The OTB Team have run numerous planning applications and are well aware of the constraints and requirements in pursuing successful projects. We bring together all professionals from Golf architects to Transport consultants to Landscape architects to hydrologists and ecologists. Our team will submit your application at no cost to yourself.
Site Management & Construction
Our on-site team are all fully qualified to operate Machinary and take your Project from day one, topsail strip through to cultivation and first germination. Our own men and machines remain on site during the course of the project to ensure that we complete the works at the very earliest opportunity and our health and safety procedures help to ensure a safe environment for our staff and golf members
Irrigation Systems
The OTB team have installed and commissioned complete 18 hole Irrigation systems as well as extensions and refurbishment to existing facilities. We can work with your established Irrigation engineers or design and install a bespoke system to meet your specific requirements.
Course Establishment
OTB work with course Greenkeepers to determine the precise Seed mix, we then cultivate precede personalise and Seed the new facilities. On first germination we handover responsibility for growing through to the greenkeeping team.
Water Management & Harvesting
The opportunities for water harvesting presented by the importation of material is something that cannot be ignored. Whilst winters appear to be getting wetter summers are getting drier and the pressure to extract water has never been higher. If you are on the mains, this is costing you a fortune, if you have a Bore Hole there are restrictions and every drop that we can harvest and use to supplement your water requirements will save you money. We use the creation of peaks and troughs and positive Drainage to collect and channel water through 2 storage lagoons that we create using imported material and are able to pump that water to your irrigation tanks as in when required.
